Queensland Camera Group was formed in 1956 and provides a meeting place for those interested in all aspects of photography, including both projected images (35mm slides and digital jpegs) and prints (conventional and digital). Visitors are always welcome.

The South Australian Photographic Federation (SAPF) was formed on the 1st February, 1962 to encourage and promote amateur photography in SA. It provides many services to photographers, as well as its approximately 25 affiliated clubs. The Affiliated Clubs of the Federation provide fellowship, educational activities and friendly competitions. All activities are designed to provide a photographer with stimulation and challenge and the impetus to improve their skills.

The CPS consists of a group of photographers - Professional and Amateur alike - who have a passion for photography. Our membership age ranges from 9 to 90 and we meet once a month. Our club meetings are held on the first Tuesday of each month at Cominos House on the corner of Little St and Greenslopes St. Club meetings begin at 7.30 pm and usually last for around 2 hours. Visitors are very welcome and can always find something of interest at our meetings.

Ipswich Photographic Society celebrated its 50th anniversary in 2003 and has been around for quite a while. We meet on the second Tuesday of the month for our competition night - usually a "Set" subject and an "Open" subject. The third Tuesday is devoted to our Digital Group, and on the fourth Tuesday we usually have a workshop or lecture. The club meets in the Old Courthouse Building at the corner of Roderick & East Streets in Ipswich with meetings commencing at 7.15 pm and finishing with a light supper approximately 9.30 pm.

The Peninsula Camera Club Inc.(PCC) meets at the "Southern Cross College - Frawley Hall" at Scarborough Road Scarborough on the 2nd and 4th Fridays of each month beginning at 7.30 pm. The club has a mixture of experienced amateur and professional photographers as well as beginners. The club members are active participants in competition photography and National exhibitions Australia wide. We run Beginners groups in Digital and Monochrome printing. Digital Group meets on every 3rd Friday of the month. Visitors always welcome.

Blacktown City Photographic Club promotes Photography in the community by running competitions, lectures, outings and workshops. We have a diverse membership with some who are only just learning, to some who have many years experience, and many in between! BCG, inaugurated in 1949, welcomes visitors without charge to regular meetings and fosters photography by way of club activities and active interaction with national and international bodies. Club Meetings are held at 7.30pm on the 2nd and 4th Mondays of every month (except December) at the Kelvin Grove State School. Supper is served during a mid-evening break. The Canberra Photographic Society formed in October 1945. Our aim has always been to promote excellence in photography as a recreational pursuit and as a serious art form. We have three meeting nights each month. Once a month, we run a friendly competition among members designed to improve skills. Two other nights a month are devoted to workshops and lectures on a wide range of topics of interest. Enquiries welcome.

The Darwin Camera Club first met in 1947. Initially the main interest was cine movies but still photography is the main interest now. Our members come from all walks of life and have differing levels of photographic knowledge and experience. The Darwin Camera Club is striving to provide a supportive and social atmosphere in which its members may learn, improve and share their experience of photography with others. The photography club is free of charge. It is open to anyone with an interest in photography. We meet on the first Friday of the month (February - December). Meeting time is 7:30pm, at Hunter Region School of Photography, 182 B Maitland Rd, Mayfield.

The Mount Gravatt Photographic Society is located in Brisbane, Queensland, Australia. The club meets on the second and fourth Wednesdays of each month at Upper Mount Gravatt State School, Logan Road, Upper Mount Gravatt. On the first meeting of the month (2nd Wednesday), the MGPS monthly competition entries are submitted and there is usually a lecture or practical demonstration of techniques. The competition judging occurs on the second meeting of the month (4th Wednesday).

Preston Photographic Club has been around since 1948. We are a group of amateur photographers of different age groups, occupations and from different suburbs, simply wanting to learn to take better photographs and encourage a higher standard of photography in the Preston area. The West Tamar Camera Club conducts a program of regular meetings and outings that caters to people who enjoy photography and would like to learn more about this popular art form. We maintain a relaxed and friendly atmosphere to ensure that participation is a pleasure to all and we welcome guests who would like to attend our meetings to see if they would be comfortable in our midst.

Wollongong Camera Club was established in 1944 and has devoted itself to the study and production of all types of still photographs. Always striving for excellence in the taking and producing of black and white and colour prints and slides for exhibitions or just to share with other club members. The club has been meeting regularly twice a month on the subject of Still Photography for many decades, and has always enjoyed a strong following.

The club meets every Wednesday night at 8:00 PM, with the first Wednesday of each month being a competition night.
