How do I renew my classified ad?

Easily! Simply to your account. Once in, on the left hand side of your screen beneath the main menu you should see a new option appear titled: Login. From here you need to click 'View My Classifieds'. Once there, your current/expired classifieds will be listed. Next to the title of the expired classified you wish to renew there will be a [edit] button. You need to Renew the ad by making payment for either a Standard or Premium option.

How do I edit my classified ad? 

Simply to your account. Once in, on the left hand side of your screen beneath the main menu you should see a new option appear titled: Login. From here you need to click 'View My Classifieds'. Once there, your current/expired classifieds will be listed. Next to the title of the expired classified you wish to renew there will be a [edit] button.

Scroll down beneath the Renew section and you will see a text box area with your ad's details - which are editable. Ads can be edited any time / day and edit until your satisfied. There is limit to the number of times you can make edits - so go crazy if that's your thing!

I've lost my password to log in, is that a problem?

No problem! Simply enter you email address the account was created with here: Lost Password? and an automated email will be sent to that account with a reset password. Use this to log back in with your user name and be sure to visit the 'My Details' section to change the password to something that is safe and that you can remember!
