ONYX PosterShop® for Epson, and ONYX RIPCenter(TM) for Epson, are the first products to be released following the announcement of Epson's global alliance with ONYX Graphics. An upgrade from ONYX RIPCenter to ONYX Postershop is also available from Epson.
Epson's Business Solutions Manager, Craig Heckenberg, said Epson's professional graphics customers can be confident they are getting RIP software from one of the world's leading vendors that is tailored specifically for Epson's recently released Stylus Pro 11880.
"Epson has worked closely with ONYX Graphics to ensure the output quality from these customised RIP packages is of the highest standard. Print-for-Pay users will be amazed at the image quality and colour fidelity that both the Epson Stylus Pro 11880 printer and Onyx PosterShop for Epson will deliver to their print business and ultimately their customers," Mr Heckenberg said.
"ONYX for Epson workflow technology provides quality software solutions for the display graphics market, and we are very pleased to be able to offer these packages to our professional customers."
ONYX PosterShop® for Epson is priced at $3,074 inc GST, and ONYX RIPCenter(TM) for Epson is priced at $1,974 inc GST. Both packages are available exclusively from Epson Pro Graphics dealers for the Stylus Pro 11880 now, and for the Stylus Pro 7880 and 9880 from early next year.

Epson has announced the release of two customised ONYX for Epson RIP software packages currently compatible with the Epson Stylus Pro 11880 and soon to be compatible with the Stylus Pro, 7880 and 9880 large format printers.
