 ILFORD, prominent manufacturer and developer of qualitatively high-quality photo material for ink jet printers as well as materials for photographic color processes, present on the occasion of the CeBIT 2007 the ILFORD MICROGRAPHIC to FILM, the singular archiving film for optical and digital data storage during periods of more than 500 years.Digital data protection in the course of the continuous technological progress becomes ever more aufwändiger and more cost-intensive. The current product innovation, i.e. the exposure of digital data on microfilm (similar safety device), links the strengths of the digitization with those of the film on the most favourable and makes long-term archiving possible with very small subsequent costs. This technology is based on the following basis elements: - Innovative RGB laser exposure - High resolution with up to 300 lines/mm - Durability years by Azo of coloring materials and Polyestherträger - Economical processing process - Simple legibility and/or Redigitalisierung of the Farbmikrofilms The new product will be on display at CeBIT 2007.
