 Fujifilm’s new FinePix J27 and FinePix J30 tick all the boxes for sleek design, powerful features and great value for money, packed into a compact and stylish metal body complete with glossy finish. The FinePix J27 and FinePix J30 are both just 20mm thin and boast a 2.7-inch screen, high quality 3x optical zoom, Scene Recognition Auto and Face Detection technology with Automatic red-eye removal. The FinePix J27 is equipped with a 10-megapixel sensor, while the FinePix J30 features a 12-megapixel sensor. Both cameras also include a Panorama Mode which works seamlessly to stitch together three consecutive shots to produce one impressive panoramic photograph. Scene Recognition Auto allows you to capture fantastic photos at the touch of a button. This feature intelligently detects a scene such as Landscape, Macro, Portrait, Night, Night Portrait and Backlit Portrait and automatically adjusts the exposure, focus and white balance to reveal perfect shots, regardless of the conditions or subject. Creating perfect people photos is easy with Fujifilm’s highly effective Face Detection technology which can identify all faces in a frame and automatically adjust the focus and exposure to reveal flawless portraits. Automatic red-eye also removes red-eyes while the photo is being captured. The FinePix J27 and FinePix J30 also incorporate Picture Stabilisation Mode which ensures image blur is kept to a minimum – ideal for when you are shooting fast moving subjects. With an ISO sensitivity up to 3200 (at 3MP), the FinePix J27 and FinePix J30 enable the capture of detailed images with low noise in low light conditions, without the need to use a flash. Movie recording at 30 frames per second with sound is also available on the FinePix J27 and FinePix J30. The Fujifilm FinePix J27 is available in Black, Silver and Pink and has a recommended retail price of $199 including GST.
